Refund Policy

Bookings will be confirmed after we receive your completed enrolment forms and payment is made.

Unless a class is postponed or cancelled by Wendy's Leather Learning, refunds and transfers are only considered after request is received 10 days before your course begins. An administration fee of $20 applies.

No refunds will be given once a course has commenced. Failing to attend a class that you have paid for will mean you will not receive a refund.

Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments. If your class is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund.

Once payment is made, your receipt will be emailed to you.

There is a $15 administration charge if you require an invoice for your course fees.

Should you require medial help, authorisation is given to us to seek appropriate care on your behalf and you will accept full responsibility for expenses incurred.

Once your payment and enrolment form has been received, you may not be contacted before the class unless it is cancelled or postponed. Please take note of class dates and times.
